Your odour is your Identity

Though this deserves to be published on my technical blog only but this idea is sooooooooooooooo weird that I wanted to publish here as well. 
Remember that TV commercial about some talcum powder or perfume?(Correct me If I am wrong):

Now scientists can implement Odour ID as an authentication system which is being said is better than Finger print authentication. Now Imagine such computer system is implemented, how woud our testers feel if they are asked to test such ‘Odour based systems’

weird!!!
i was not sure it could replace fingerprints though
but do know that odour does help in olfactory sensation of pheromones… mostly evident in lower animal kingdom

interesting…
i remember reading few years back that some research was going on regarding transmission of odour so that when you open an email from a person, the attached odour will be smelt…not sure what happened to that!
